Intellectual property and SMEs in the digital economy

This European Commission webinar as the title advises will focus on “Intellectual property and SMEs in the digital economy”.

The Webinar will  cover:

• Leveraging IP for investment and innovation financing
• The EU Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court Reform, which requires a constitutional referendum here in Ireland
• EU tools and resources to help SMEs protect and enforce their IPEU commission – Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs, Thursday afternoon on

Participants will have an opportunity to exchange best practice on maximising international business opportunities while protecting intellectual property. Other areas of discussion will highlight the role of intellectual property in attracting investment and advice to SMEs on how best to safeguard it.
