DESCRIPTION:The MSCA is the European Union’s reference programme for doctoral education and postdoctoral training. The programme is open to all disciplines and sectors and funds pan-European intersectoral consortia of organisations – universities\, research institutions\, businesses\, SMEs\, charities\, etc. – to implement doctoral training programmes.
