Webinar aimed at SMEs – Recovery Series: Change Management

The Enterprise Europe Network at Dublin Chamber is please to present the Recovery Series. The Recovery Series is aimed at SMEs who are looking to recover, build and expand their companies post Covid-19 and Brexit. The series will look at a range of topics pertinent to SMEs’ recovery and resilience.

The Series will cover:

• Access to Finance
• Change Management
• Supply Chain and Logistics

The second in the series – Change Management in association with UCD Professional Academy, will look at change management in a post Covid era and the lessons Covid-19 can teach us about Organisational Change. With guest speaker Sinéad O’Brien providing expertise and insights into this fascinating topic.
