This workshop aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) within the Horizon Europe framework. This workshop is open to Horizon Europe National Contact Points (NCPs) of Cluster 1 “Health”, as well as Health researchers and innovators (e.g. Hospitals, Regions, Health Ministries) interested in the PCP mechanisms and demand-driven innovation.
