Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Ireland’s Co-ordinator Siobhan Horan has a strong background in international trade and innovation. Prior to her Knowledge Transfer Ireland role as programme manager of Enterprise Ireland’s ‘Technology Transfer Strengthening Initiative’ (TTSI3), Siobhan worked for the Welsh Government Innovation Agency in establishing large-scale multi-partner innovation projects – these included the development of a national 5G programme for Wales and the development of Wales’ first IoT Accelerator. She previously provided support to companies in southwest England while working as an International Trade Advisor for the UK Government.
