❓Are you preparing a submission for the 2026 Horizon Europe Research Infrastructure Calls❓

The Proposal Check offers proposers a valuable opportunity to improve the quality and competitiveness of their proposals. Through detailed, constructive feedback from experienced Horizon Europe evaluators (officially appointed by the European Commission) applicants can refine their submissions and significantly strengthen their chances of securing funding. The service is free of charge for the proposers.

🔎 What is it?

The Proposal Check Event is organised by RICH Europe, a network of Research Infrastructure National Contact Points (NCPs) that provides services across Europe with the aim of strengthening the European research infrastructure ecosystem.

Each consultation is tailored to the individual proposer and will take the form of a dedicated online session lasting up to two hours. Following a brief pitch by the proposer, evaluators will provide feedback on all sections of the Horizon Europe proposal Part B – Excellence, Impact, and Implementation. All information shared during the session will remain confidential.
