Horizon Europe Cluster 5 Information Day and Brokerage Event, Brussels, 19 November 2026

Join the Horizon Europe Cluster 5 info day on 19 November 2026 to learn more about the 2027 call topics under the Work Programme 2026-2027 (estimated budget of €873 million).
This event will take place in a hybrid format, hosted at the Charlemagne conference facility in Brussels and streamed online via the European Commission’s web platform.
This is event fills up very quickly so register ASAP if you wish to attend in person. This event is eligible for Horizon Europe travel support.
The programme will include:
- Insights into the policy context
- A ‘key-to-success’ session offering guidance and practical tips for preparing high-quality proposals
- Presentations of each topic in the Work Programme 2027 through interactive parallel sessions by thematic area
The parallel topic sessions are designed to encourage active participation through shorter presentations and extended discussion. Onsite participants will be able to ask questions directly to the speakers or via an interactive Slido Q&A, which will also be available to online participants. Questions may also be submitted in advance once the link becomes available.
Following the info day, an onsite brokerage event will take place at the same venue from 16:00 to 19:00.
Organised by the GREENET project, the network of Cluster 5 National Contact Points (NCP), the brokerage event will provide networking opportunities for prospective project partners. Participants seeking partners will be able to present their organisation and project ideas at a plenary pitching session and in dedicated bilateral meetings organised by topic.
