A suitably qualified and experienced PhD level scientist is sought for the development of an application for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship opportunity under the Career-Fit programme (https://www.horizon2020.ie/career-fit-plus/). The research topic involves the development of a detailed understanding of process mapping and how subsequent modifications may modify the physicochemical and digestibility properties of whey protein-based ingredients. The project proposal under consideration involves access to the extensive scientific facilities at the University of Limerick along with direct interaction with a leading Irish whey ingredients manufacturer.
