Through Career-Fit Plus, Waterford Institute of Technology are currently offering fellowships to carry out research in our Technology Gateways, guided by an experienced WIT Academic Mentor aswell as a Company mentor who are concerned not just for the fellows’s scientific progress but also their training and development in line with the agreed career goals.
Supporting organisations of Career-FIT Plus
Researchers awarded a Fellowship will be hosted and employed by a Third Level Institution associated with a Technology Centre/Gateway in Ireland for 3 years, including a mandatory secondment to industry for up to 12 months.

In order to secure funding, the experienced researcher must develop a proposal with the host Third Level Institute for the December 19th 2019 deadline.
