An update of the Annotated Model Grant Agreement v2.0 has been published. This is a guide to help participants and beneficiaries interpret the model grant agreements for EU programmes (2021-2027), such as Horizon Europe.
Also known as “the AGA”, you will find the updated Annotated Model Grant Agreement on the Portal’s webpage for Horizon Europe reference documents here.
The details of the update are listed in the ‘History of changes’ (p.4 of the AGA), with the new changes in substance marked with green square.
Please note that it includes updates of cross-references to the new EU Financial Regulation 2024/2509 (recast) and includes new clarifications under Articles 6.1 and 6.2.A, amongst other provisions.
