Dr Daniela Angione

Daniela is the National Delegate and a National Contact Point for Horizon Europe’s European Innovation Council (EIC) and European Innovation Ecosystem (EIE), based at Enterprise Ireland. She previously worked as Head of Funding and Innovation for an Irish SME, analysing research funding opportunities and collaborations at a national and global level. With 10 years’ experience as Principal Lead of Research & Development and Research Commercialisation projects in Trinity College Dublin and at The University of Manchester, she has secured several national and international research and commercialisation grants. Daniela has developed strategic experience sitting on the Advisory Board of European Association (i.e. European Commission Public-Private Partnership) and as a Thematic Expert for policies and R&I investments for Industrial Decarbonisation and Industrial Competitiveness for the European Commission.
