Michael is National Delegate (ND) Research Infrastructures and Head of International and EU Operations at Science Foundation Ireland. He is also a member of the Executive Board to the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI); ND to the European Commission Research Infrastructures Programme Committee; ND to the European Research Infrastructures Consortium (ERIC) and a member of the national Government High Level Group for Horizon Europe.
