Micol Martinelli

Micol is the Programme Manager for Career-FIT and Career-FIT PLUS, two initiatives co-funded by Enterprise Ireland and the European Union (EU) to attract 100 talented and experienced researchers to Ireland to work on industry-focused collaborative projects. With more than 20 years’ experience in business support gained internationally in both public and private sectors, she has worked closely with EU institutions and has managed multi-million euros projects in internationalisation, local development, and research and innovation, supervising large and diverse teams. Micol holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (summa cum laude) and a second MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), as well as professional diplomas in entrepreneurship and innovation (Stanford University) and business sustainability management (Cambridge University).
