Patrick Sweeney

Patrick is the Lead Co-ordinator for the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) in Ireland at Enterprise Ireland. He previously held key positions at Community Foundation Ireland, Momentum Consulting, and Social Entrepreneurs Ireland. At Community Foundation Ireland, he managed a complex business portfolio, securing significant investments and driving strategic initiatives with government, private investment, and industry. As Director of Momentum Consulting, he led digital transformation efforts and provided strategic advice on RD&I initiatives. At Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, he developed funding strategies, secured investment, evaluated grant applications, and provided capacity-building support to high-potential startups from startup to scale-up stages. Patrick holds an Executive MBA from Trinity Business School and a Professional Diploma in Sustainable Finance from UCD.
